Eat some quick and easy chia seed chow. Looking for a healthy breakfast that takes almost zero effort? Star whipping up some chia seed puddings. Simply put some chia seeds in a jar, fill it with milk, add a bit of sweetener, stick it in the fridge overnight, and go to sleep.
